1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

  • Provide photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
  • After reviewing your claim, we may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

1.2 Missing Items

  • If an item is missing from your order, notify us at support@delta8market.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will either:
    • Issue a refund or store credit for the missing item, or
    • Ship the missing product at no additional cost.

1.3 Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product, email us within 3 days of delivery.
  • We may request you to return the unopened product at our expense before issuing a refund or replacement.

2. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If a refund is issued as store credit, you will receive a digital credit code for future purchases.
  • Shipping costs are only refundable if the error was on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Opened or used products (due to safety and compliance reasons)
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Shipping carrier delays (please contact the carrier directly)
Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen (contact the shipping carrier)
