1. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

- Provide photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
- After reviewing your claim, we may issue a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.
1.2 Missing Items
- If an item is missing from your order, notify us at support@delta8market.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will either:
- Issue a refund or store credit for the missing item, or
- Ship the missing product at no additional cost.
1.3 Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong product, email us within 3 days of delivery.
- We may request you to return the unopened product at our expense before issuing a refund or replacement.
2. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If a refund is issued as store credit, you will receive a digital credit code for future purchases.
- Shipping costs are only refundable if the error was on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
