1. Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- High-demand periods may cause slight delays, and we appreciate your patience.
1.2 Order Verification
- We may require additional verification for high-value orders, first-time customers, or orders flagged for security reasons.
- If additional verification is needed, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Restrictions & Compliance
2.1 States Where Delta-8 THC Cannot Be Shipped
Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship Delta-8 THC products to the following states:
Banned States:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington
States with Restrictions:
Certain states impose strict regulations on Delta-8 THC. If you are ordering from Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, or Virginia, please ensure compliance with state laws before ordering.
2.2 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on hemp-derived products.
2.3 International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
3.1 Domestic Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

- Delivery times are ESTIMATES ONLY and do not account for processing time or unforeseen carrier delays.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the selected method and destination.
4. Order Tracking
4.1 Tracking Information
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
4.2 Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information first.
- If your package is accepted at the carrier and is not tracking, call the carrier directly.
- If the package has not been accepted by the carrier, it was most likely lost/stolen in transit to the carrier, or there is an unforeseen error in processing your order. In this case, please contact our support team at support@delta8market.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
5. Shipping Issues & Liability
5.1 Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the packaging and product.
- We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
5.2 Stolen or Misdelivered Packages
- Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- If you believe your package was stolen or misdelivered, file a claim with the carrier.
5.3 Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or customer refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Product Availability & Inventory Accuracy
Due to the vast variety of products and flavors available on Delta8Market.com, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. While we strive to keep our stock updated in real time, there may be instances where a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock.
In such cases:
- We will send you an email notification to inform you of the situation and provide options for a store credit or an alternative product of your choice.
- If we do not receive a response within three (3) days of your order being placed, we will either:
1. Issue a credit for the missing item, or
2. Replace it with a comparable or similar product of equal value.
NOTE: If you receive your package and notice that an item is missing, please contact us at support@delta8market.com so we can ensure that you are properly credited or refunded for the missing product.
